Real Estate & Housing
The department of Real Estate & Housing is situated at the faculty of architecture at the Technical University of Delft.
Each year the department of RE&H offers the Master track Real Estate & Housing. This is a two-year program. Within this program there are three main domains:
- Design and Construction Management (DCM)
- Real Estate Management (REM)
- Housing
The program of RE&H distinguishes itself from other real estate oriented programs offered by focusing on the entire lifespan of a building rather that a specific phase. This approach can be explained by the thought that it is necessary for buildings or an area to function within its surroundings and satisfy both the initial client as well as other stakeholders.
The master program introduces students to the design, construction and financial aspects of real estate. Electives offer the student the possibility to further exploit their interests.
The BOSS education committee is busy with different aspects on the field of education in the master Real Estate & Housing.
Evaluations:
One of the most important job is the execution of evaluations. In these evaluations courses and programs will be discussed in surveys and evaluation panels. In this evaluation panels students as well teachers are attended.
