Lecture 10 March

Lecture 10 March

We have invited two big names from the world of real estate to lecture on 10 March. The two men will be talking in a private capacity during their lecture and expressly not on behalf of the company or companies for which they work. Cor van Zadelhoff and Wim van Vonno have both left their mark on Dutch real estate over the past few decades.

Wim van Vonnoxhtmlc

Wim van Vonno graduated as a physical engineer in 1965 and gained his PhD in technical sciences at TU Delft in 1968. From 1968 to 1973, Van Vonno worked at Raadgevend Technisch Buro Van Heugten in Nijmegen and from 1973 to 1982 as contractor director and later division director at Bredero in Utrecht. In addition, Van Vonno was Chair of the Board of Directors of Koninklijke BAM Groep from 1982 to 2006. Under his leadership, BAM enjoyed a thirty-five fold increase in revenue to 7.5 billion euros.

Cor van Zadelhoffxhtmlc

Cor van Zadelhoff studied economics at Groningen and set up Zadelhoff estate agents in 1968. Growing interest from investors in corporate real estate at the end of the sixties led Van Zadelhoff to become the first estate agent in the Netherlands to specialise in mediation and advice in this field. In the early nineties, Zadelhoff Makelaars was one of the co-founders of today’s international DTZ organisation (in full: Debenham, Thouard, Zadelhoff). This alliance has since grown into a global organisation with over 10,000 employees in 148 cities and 43 countries around the world.
