citizenM Hotels – Acquisition Team
citizenM is a new, innovative and award-winning hotel company offering affordable luxury lifestyle hotels. We have an ambitious roll out strategy, aiming to acquire development sites on prime locations in major cities around the world. We have currently three hotels operational in Amsterdam, Schiphol and Glasgow and are developing hotels in London and New York City. We are working on deals in other major cities including Paris, Milan, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
Description
We are looking for an intern who can support our acquisition team for a period of 3-6 months.
The intern will mainly collaborate on country and city analyses, market research activities, as well as
development and feasibility studies for new projects. In addition, he or she will work on internal business cases and support the general activities of the Acquisition Team.
Profile
We are looking for an independent, enthusiastic and flexible student, with a real estate (related)
academic education. Knowledge of and affinity with real estate development, the hospitality sector
and the dynamics of large cities are considered an advantage.
We offer an internship at a young and ambitious company with a market conform internship
compensation. Our office is located in Voorschoten.
