Within Brink Groep we are working on innovative and sustainable solutions for complex cases in construction, housing and real estate. 1. Area developments: Waalfront Nijmegen; centrumplan Vught; Zuidpolder Eemnes; Westerpolder/Bolwerk (Berkel en Rodenrijs); Waalsprong Nijmegen.
2. (Re)development of industrial areas: De Mars (Zutphen), Plaspoelpolder (The Hague); Binckhorst (The Hague).
   
3. Housing advisory: Provinciehuis Utrecht; Rijksgebouwendienst; Haga Ziekenhuis (The Hague).
   
4. Campus development: Amstelcampus (Hogeschool van Amsterdam); Universiteitscampus Maastricht; Research Campus DSM; High Tech Campus Eindhoven.
5. (Re)development of stadiums: Construction management Ahoy (Rotterdam), stadium development ADO Den Haag, ground exploitation for T-Dome (Tilburg).
   
6. Tender Advisory: Spoorzone Tilburg: Waalfront Nijmegen, advisory services for Rijswijk-Zuid.
   
7. Construction and cost management: Jubi-plot (The Hague), Politie Haaglanden The Yp, municipal office building Rotterdam by Koolhaas (also feasibility studie).
   
8. Leisure/ other: renovation Rijksmuseum, construction management SS Rotterdam, Floriade
