Business day - Real Estate Career Day
The construction and real estate industry in the netherlands are deeply hit by the financial crisis and recession. A lot of companies decreased their workforce to survive these times. Every recession has an end, followed by a period of growth. This period will be characterized by increasing numbers of staff.
Recently graduated students may have problems finding a job. On the other hand, current masters students will be graduated within one or two years.
We expect the market situation to increase within the next one or two years. To anticipate on this trend, current masters students have to come in touch with the real estate industry.
To foresee this trend, we took the initiative to organize an event which will anticipate on this trend. The first national Real Estate Career Day (RECD) will be organized on April 28 this year. This day will bring companies into contact with a sharply specified target group of masters students of real estate related education. The RECD is the successor of the BOSS Bedrijvendag, and will distinguish itself in the large supply of a specified target group of real estate students and the search for a match between companies and students.
On one hand the program will focus on the orientation of the students, on the other hand the RECD will provide the possibilities to match student and company, and generate opportunities between both.
